Comprehensive Refurbishment & Infrastructure Upgrade

This project involved a full-scale refurbishment and structural upgrade of key areas throughout the property, with a focus on improving both the aesthetic appeal and long-term durability of the buildings and surrounding amenities.

The scope of work began with the refurbishment of all building exteriors, restoring the façade with modern finishes while maintaining the original architectural style. As part of the outdoor enhancements, wooden decks were replaced to improve safety, durability, and visual appeal. Additionally, asphalting works were completed to upgrade driveways, walkways, and access points across the property.

Interior upgrades included a range of works such as:

• Drywall installation and repairs

• High-quality tiling in common areas and bathrooms

• Full-scale painting for refreshed, modern interiors

• Plumbing and electrical system upgrades to meet current building standards

Structural improvements continued with the replacement of roofs and rafters, ensuring better protection against the elements, improved energy efficiency, and long-term reliability. To complete the transformation, exterior wooden railings were replaced, contributing to both safety and the updated visual appeal of the property.
