This transformative renovation project revitalized a charming boutique hotel, blending modern upgrades with the property’s original charm and character. The scope of work was carefully designed to elevate the overall guest experience while ensuring the infrastructure meets contemporary hospitality standards.

Key upgrades included the construction of a brand-new swimming pool, offering a serene space for relaxation and recreation. A fully equipped commercial kitchen was installed to support elevated food and beverage service, tailored to meet the demands of modern hotel operations. Full rennovation of all 32 guest rooms, bathrooms, lobby, gift shop, restaurant and bar.

Comprehensive electrical and plumbing overhauls were completed to improve efficiency, safety, and long-term reliability across the property. In addition, a stylish porte-cochère was added at the main entrance, enhancing the hotel’s curb appeal and providing a functional, weather-protected drop-off area for guests.
